• These terms of use tell you the terms on which you may make use of our only members website ( WIKI PANGLOSS ) whether as a guest or a registered user. Use of our site includes accessing, browsing or registering to use our site.

Using your personal info.

Ones you have accepted the terms and conditions of our site you are officially part of the Pangloss team as a candidate. Once you have accepted the terms and conditions by tapping the box, you are officially registered with Pangloss Intl. You will receive a password and can immediately start your Pangloss journey.

You are undoubtedly aware of the new European law - General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which came into force on 25 May 2018.

Pangloss Intl takes the protection and management of your personal data very seriously and obviously follows this new legislation.

Pangloss Intl collects and stores the personal data of outplacement candidates for various reasons, necessary for the implementation of the outplacement agreement:

- Legal obligations towards the various employment services;

- Follow-up of the individual contacts between the candidate and his/her consultant;

- Follow-up of the various workshops and seminars attended by the candidates.

This information is provided by you, through the exchanges and agreements you have (workshops and individual sessions with your consultant) and by the consultant (summary of what was discussed and exchanged).

Muriel Steegen, who is responsible for the processing of personal data at Pangloss Intl, ensures that this data only relates to outplacement and career coaching agreements and that it does not contain any information on racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs or membership of trade unions or labour organisations or any other information relating to sexual preferences.

It is clear that Pangloss Intl does not share personal data with any organisation or person except for employment service organisations. Pangloss Intl only shares this data with people internal to Pangloss Intl, namely the management and consultants responsible for the follow-up of a particular candidate. All of these internal Pangloss Intl personnel have signed a confidentiality agreement.

As a candidate, we ask you to give your permission to keep and use your personal data only in the conditions described above.
